The faculty deans at Innovation University (IU) lead the university’s mission to provide high-quality educational programs. This is achieved through the development and implementation of global-standard protocols for assessing student learning outcomes, conducting annual performance reviews of all full-time professors and teaching assistants, and evaluating all courses. Each dean represents their faculty in collaboration with the Vice President for Student Affairs, ensuring that policies for student conduct and discipline are properly enforced. The deans also play a critical role in upholding academic freedom, promoting academic integrity, and fostering an environment where equal opportunity and diversity flourish. Any form of discrimination or harassment is not tolerated under their leadership.
