Our program focusing on architecture and real estate development is the first of its kind at the Bachelor of Science (undergraduate) level in the Middle East. The job market for graduates of this program is broad and particularly in demand due to the increasing number of real estate development companies, both in Egypt and in the Gulf region. The field of real estate development is currently one of the most in-demand sectors for professionals and will remain so for decades to come, as the expansion of urban areas and the growth of demand for real estate products are accompanied by a steady increase in the number of real estate development companies, which in turn raises the demand for graduates who are knowledgeable and skilled in this field in the local, regional, and international job markets. Our Architectural Engineering program is built on the timeless Vitruvian principles of Commodity, Firmness, and Delight—ensuring our graduates design spaces that are functional and efficient, structurally sound and sustainable, and inspiring in their aesthetic appeal. Through a blend of engineering precision, creative vision, and cutting-edge technology, we prepare future architects to create buildings that not only meet the needs of people but also stand the test of time and enrich the human experience.

Qualification to work in the field of real estate development requires an understanding of the stages of the project life cycle and the studies necessary for each stage. Therefore, a set of mandatory and optional courses has been designed to acquire the knowledge, skills, and professional values needed for this specialization.

Innovation Library

The Faculty of Engineering Library contains a vast database and collection of scientific resources and books in various fields to support the three programs offered by the Faculty, with quiet spaces for reading and writing research papers. Students can find their scientific resources in printed or electronic form, with an intelligent search system that helps them easily find what they are looking for
