Prof. Dr. Mostafa Adly Baghdady, President of Innovation University, has a distinguished career in architectural engineering and academic leadership. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University (1970), Master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from Saint Louis University (1978), Architectural Science from the University of Pennsylvania (1980) followed by a Ph.D. in Architectural Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania (1984).
Dr. Baghdady progressed through academic ranks from Lecturer to Head of the Architecture Department at Al-Azhar University, and later served as Director of the Graduate Studies Program at King Saud University and Consultant and Project Director in the UAE.
He also held the position of Emeritus Professor and Project Director of the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo before becoming President of Innovation University. Guided by a vision to integrate academic excellence with character development, Dr. Baghdadly emphasizes contemporary sciences, critical thinking, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
He advocates for holistic education, combining knowledge, professional skills, ethical values, and social responsibility, preparing students to become capable, innovative, and socially conscious leaders.
