Mr. Weal brings over 25 years of experience in academic administration, managing private universities and higher institutes. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade from Helwan University (1998) and began his career as a Civil Accountant at the Armed Forces (1999-2000).
Mr. Weal held key administrative roles, Then He played a pivotal role in establishing and inaugurating the of Culture and Sciences City, a comprehensive educational complex including 10 high institutes (2007-2014) in 2015 he was Deputy General Director and Acting General Director of October 6 University tell-2022, before being appointed General Secretary of Innovation University (2022-present).
