Sahar Abdelradi Abdelwahab El Khashen is a distinguished academic leader and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Zagazig University, a Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing from Ain Shams University, and a PhD from Zagazig University.
She previously served as a faculty member at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST),
where her academic career progressed from Lecturer to Full Professor, making her the first faculty member in private universities to be promoted to Professor in her specialization.
Prof. El Khashen held several senior administrative roles, including Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, head of obestetrics and gynecological nursing department and General Academic Advisor of the Faculty.
She also served as Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at Misr University for Science and Technology for 12 years. With more than 33 years of teaching experience,
Prof. Dr. El Khashen has played a pivotal role in program accreditation, quality assurance,
and curriculum development. She prepared a unique academic bylaw that includes a specialized nursing course taught exclusively at Innovation University,
“Dental Nursing,” reflecting her commitment to academic innovation and excellence.
