Prof. Randa Mohamed Hafez is a Professor of Operative and Restorative Dentistry with extensive academic, clinical, and administrative experience in dental education across Egypt. She currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Innovation University, bringing decades of expertise in curriculum development, academic leadership, research supervision, and quality assurance.

She earned her B.D.S., MSc, and PhD in Operative Dentistry from Cairo University and completed post‑doctoral research in Operative Dentistry at the University of Toronto. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Nahda University and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Sinai University, where she played a key role in securing national accreditation for the faculty from the local quality assurance and accreditation authority.

Professor Randa has contributed significantly to the advancement of dental education through the development of academic bylaws, active support of accreditation and quality‑assurance processes, establishment of educational dental hospitals, and supervision of postgraduate research programs. She is also an active member of several professional organizations and has participated in numerous international conferences and scientific research projects in the field of restorative and operative dentistry.
